Where are Hug Rugs made?

Nearly all of our products are made at our mills in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire using local makers and responsibly-sourced and recycled materials.

Can you put a Hug Rug in the washing machine?

We are the original washable rug company, and proud of it! This means that a large number of our ranges are machine-washable at 30 degrees - for all the mess that life throws at them.

Can Hug Rugs be cut to size?

Our lovingly-crafted rugs come in a variety of sizes to, hopefully, suit every space. For those more unusual spaces, we recommend you try out our new Bespoke Range to get a size just for you.

What flooring can I use a Hug Rug on?

We have mats, rugs and runners to suit every floor type with the vast majority being non-slip for your safety. Certain products are designed with certain floors or spaces in mind so do consult our Product Categories pages, or speak directly with our team, to find the right one for your home.
