Caring For Your Product

• Expect some initial fluff; vacuum with suction only and avoid beater bars.
• For spills, blot with a white cloth, apply a wool-approved cleaner or wool laundry detergent working edge to centre, pat dry, then vacuum.
• Repeat if necessary; if the stain persists, seek professional cleaning.
• We recommend using an anti-slip underlay for safety, longevity, and to protect floors.
