Hare & Shepherd’s Purse is inspired by the hare’s quite often spotted by Sally where she walks – an area of mixed grassland, farmlands and wooded edges. Hare’s require a diverse habitat, and quite often Shepherd’s Purse weeds are part of their diet.

Caring For Your Product

• Initial shedding is normal; vacuum (suction only) to reduce loose fibres.
• Before washing, remove excess debris with a quick vacuum or brush, and check your machine filter afterwards.
• For machine washing, place the rug inside a cotton pillowcase or wash bag and use a quick cotton wash at 30°C on a low spin.
• Don't use biological detergents or fabric conditioner.
• Line or flat dry. An occasional short cool tumble (10 minutes) can help restore pile on some products — don't tumble on high. Move occasionally during drying to avoid bumps forming.
• Never leave rugs on damp floors, and avoid prolonged direct heat or steam-cleaner contact, as it can affect the backing.
• For very large rugs, spot-clean or use a launderette or professional cleaner.
• Our products are designed not to leave marks on flooring. In certain instances, cleaning products, sunlight and heat may cause discolouration to some types of flooring when covered. We recommend airing the floor underneath frequently and always ensuring both the rug and the floor are dry before laying it down.
