Caring For Your Product

  • Vacuum regularly with suction only (turn off the beater bar).
  • New rugs may shed at first — this fades after a few hoovers, so don't be alarmed.
  • Spot clean quickly in this order: blot, dilute with a wet cloth, apply a little liquid soap, scrub gently, rinse, then hang to dry.
  • Avoid saturating — these rugs dry quickly, but trapped moisture can cause mould.
  • We recommend using an anti-slip underlay on hard floors for safety, longevity, and to protect floors.
