Caring For Your Product

• Vacuum gently to remove surface dirt before washing.
• For spot treatment, blot first, then use a mild cleaner working from edge to centre.
• Before washing, remove excess debris with a quick vacuum or brush, and check your machine filter afterwards.
• For machine washing, use a quick cotton wash at 30°C on a low spin.
• Don't use biological detergents or fabric conditioner.
• Line or flat dry. An occasional short cool tumble (10 minutes) can help restore pile on some products — don't tumble on high. Move occasionally during drying to avoid bumps forming.
• Natural-speckled backing (from sustainable rubber) and small backing marks are normal — lift occasionally to air the floor underneath.
