• Direct sunlight may cause slight colour variation, and sisal is best kept away from extreme heat or cold.
• During set-up, the borders of your sisal rug allow small movement and can be pulled to shape with help from a second person.
• Vacuum in one direction (not back and forth) using a standard head.
• Blot spills immediately with an unbleached cotton cloth, and avoid soaking.
• Professional cleaning is recommended for stubborn stains.
• Roll rather than fold for storage.
• We recommend using an anti-slip underlay on hard floors for safety, longevity, and to protect floors.
