Product Details

Our Cottage Garden washable runner is inspired by beautiful British flora and fauna. This woodblock style design features a trailing floral border with hand drawn detailing and a trellis pattern in the centre woven from leafy vines, creating a country and folk charm. Set against a soft cream background, the design is highlighted with green leaves and hints of rust and orange in the floral border, finished with a beige tape.

Our Hug Rug Eco-Washable runner are handcrafted with a soft recycled polyester surface and a natural rubber backing that keeps them securely in place. Designed as a one piece design, once rolled out they're ready to enjoy straight away. When it's time for a refresh, simply roll up, toss in the wash and lay back down. Perfect for living rooms, bedrooms or any space that needs an elegant, welcoming touch, these rugs blend comfort, style and everyday practicality. 

It is normal for our Eco-Washable runners designs to show subtle speckles of white within the pattern. This natural variations in the yarn give the rugs a classic, vintage inspired finish. Similarly, the natural rubber backing may show slight signs of imperfections due to the natural properties of the latex, however these won'taffect the durability or performance of the product.

Caring For Your Product

  • Vacuum gently to remove surface dirt before washing.
  • For spot treatment, blot first, then use a mild cleaner working from edge to centre.
  • Before washing, remove excess debris with a quick vacuum or brush, and check your machine filter afterwards.
  • For machine washing, use a quick cotton wash at 30°C on a low spin.
  • Don't use biological detergents or fabric conditioner.
  • Line or flat dry. An occasional short cool tumble (10 minutes) can help restore pile on some products — don't tumble on high. Move occasionally during drying to avoid bumps forming.
  • Natural-speckled backing (from sustainable rubber) and small backing marks are normal — lift occasionally to air the floor underneath.
